Goals

SALT Academy exists to develop young people through sports. 

To provide holistic development of the youth of Cambodia by teaching life skills education, community building, and positive behavior change through a  community groups based sports program and give youth the chance to be part of a recreational soccer program.

Give young adults an opportunity to use and further develop their skills, internship or serve/ volunteer and gain valuable experience for future jobs. While serving within the community young leaders receive lessons on leadership and are in a process of mentorship with the SALT staffs.

Organizations and community groups are encouraged to network and have relationship with each other while participating in a common activity. Further the "clubs" are encouraged to be a positive force within their community by activly seeking to create role models and take responsibility in making their area a better place.
