As a preparation to this weeks first ever Hello Street Football Tournament in Battambang, SALT organised in conjuction with the Football Federation of Cambodia (FFC) and the Ministry of Youth, Education and Sport a 3 day workshop for the referee's. The picture shows the opening ceremony was attended by representatives from the Province and City Government.
