Finals of Adult Christmas Competition in Battambang

For the third time SALT Academy organized an adult competition in December which has become the teaditional Christmas Cup.

14 local teams registred and played over a period of 10 days against each other. The best players out of all the 14 teams are now selected to prepare for the Hun Sen Cup which will start on the 7th of January. Battambang is drawn in a difficult group with heavy weights Build Bright out of the Premier League, then Odor Menchey- winner of the National Competition and neighboring rivals Pailin.

The final of the Christmas Cup 2010 was a re-match of the Final of the Street Football Championship in October. But this time Baitong FC didnt go down again and proofed too strong for Classic FC- winning comfortable 3:0.
